Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
8 oz or 1 brick of cream cheese, room temp
¼ cup vegenaise or mayo
5 oz of chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained (half a frozen block)
1/3 cup candied jalapenos, chopped
½ cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
¾ cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained from excess moisture
1/3 cup diced onion
¼-1/2 tsp salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
- Mix together the cream cheese, mayo, spinach, jalapenos, brine, cheese, diced onion and salt. 
- Once combined, stir in the chopped artichoke hearts. 
- Scoop into a baking dish and bake in oven until slightly browned, about 30 min.
